Situated in building 10 at the top of Oma's Meadow on Sugar Mountain Resort, it offers the convenience of skiing in/out from our property. This unit has all the luxuries you need for a perfect mountain getaway, complete with open floor plan, balcony mountain views overlooking Oma's Meadow, queen bed, sleeper sofa, hardwood cabinets, upgraded appliances, granite bathroom vanity, flat screen cable TV, & WIFI. Sleeps 3. Our new clubhouse is now open for our guests to enjoy the heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis/pickleball courts and outdoor grills in nice grassy areas. Come relax in the mountains! **No wood burning fire place**

This unit was very nicely equipped and was very clean and comfortable. A perfect place for two people. I think more than two would get a little crowded with all the luggage for a winter ski vacation.

Clean and very convenient to the slopes for a race weekend. Quiet and on a level floor to the parking area, but elevated and with a view (folks that were on a lower floor were upset it they weren’t on a ground floor). The toaster was broken and complimentary coffee would have been nice but those are very minor issues. Great place for my first time at Sugar.

Loved staying in this cute little stay. We took advantage of all the ammenities in this apartment including the kitchen and electronic fireplace. The only complaint I had is that the towel rack was broken when we got there and fell on top of us after our shower. Property management was incredibly professional and helpful during our stay

I was a bit surprised by how small the unit actually was, but it was clean and well kept. The location, at the top of the mountain, seemed like a great idea for us, however, it is important to realize that you have to go down the mountain to get lift tickets; making it difficult to simply ski out of the unit in the morning. There is an option to purchase tickets between 8-9 the night before for the next day, however if you choose this option you should also know that the hill that the unit sits on is NOT an easy hill, and cannot be used by beginning skiiers. As a result, we had to drive down the mountain each day to ski; making staying on the top of the mountain less appealing. The unit is well maintained, but I feel like these things are important if you are booking the unit for a ski trip.
Also, we only received 3 bath towels upon arrival, and we did not receive clean towels for the duration of our stay (Friday-Monday). I called the office at 4:00 on Sunday, and spoke to a very nice women who was unable to help because the hospitality staff has already left for the day.

The condo is an great location, as you are at the top of the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. Although small, it was in excellent condition and it had everything we needed. Clear instructions were also provided on how to access the property. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying here again in the future.
Great price for a great stay.

It is a smaller rental that is perfect for two people and at most, three. Very nice place to stay with a short walk to the slopes. 10/10 would stay again.

Nice place to stay for a Sugar Mnt Ski Trip. Small but cozy. Needs a real curtain on the rear glass door to the balcony for better privacy. Generally clean.

We arrived on Saturday, July 4th. The office was closed over the weekend so our keys were left in a box outisde the office which was fine. However, we had to wait until Monday morning at 10am to get a 2nd parking pass which is inconvenient when you have plans. The fireworks were amazing. Multiple displays could be seen from the balcony with it's beautiful view. The unit itself is small but very nice. It suited our needs well. Although, I don't know how 4 people could stay in the unit without being on top of each other.
