Description
This is a third floor loft condo in building 10. Free Wi-Fi. The living room offers a 31 inch TV and an electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories including seating for 4 at the dining table. In the upstairs loft area there is a queen size bed and the living room has a queen sofa bed. From your private balcony you have a beautiful mountain view along with a view of Oma's Meadow. This unit does not have washer/dryer. There is a coin operated laundry on property. Our new clubhouse has an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room for guests to enjoy. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas. **No wood burning fire place**

Would definitely use this place again. Easy to got to, easy to get to slopes, accommodations had everything we needed. Well worth the price that paid.

The condo was a clean and well appointed, if not a bit dated, option to enjoy the top of Sugar Mountain. While ended up having plenty of heat, managing between the few floor registers, provided space heater, and electric fireplace took a little trial and error to get just right (don't plug the heater into the same circuit as the fireplace), and you sacrifice some background noise to enjoy to fireplace heat. Similar experience with the oven. It worked, but temp lights didn't offer any information and the metal handle definitely needs a kitchen towel to open. Access to the slopes were as good, if not better, than any other unit in the complex with a short level walk to Oma's Meadow. Parking was great compared to some other monstrosity options at the TOP of SUGAR.

FIrst of, we love SS&CC, stayed with them more than a dozen times since 1998. Great accomodations and what is more important great location ski in/out even when the red is closed there is a quick cross to the main slopes. Great service always, great location and very friendly and flexible staff. Thank you.

The rental has a nice layout and is warm and light. We did not have sheets for the sofa bed, but called the after hours phone number and some were delivered. It was ok clean but crumbs on the dining table and stuff on the carpeted stairs. The bathroom works well- it just needs to be wiped down better.

Small place, one queen in loft and a sofa bed. Perfect place when you plan on spending your time skiing! Beds need new mattresses. Springs on Couch bed were painful. If you’re looking for updated place, this is not it. But it is clean, comfortable, and perfect location! I would absolutely stay again!

The condo was very well appointed with nice furniture, comfortable bed and attractive decor. The kitchen is very small and the microwave is old, but it's well stocked with dishes and pans. The smoke detector was chirping when I arrived and the living room heating unit was cold one morning, but maintenance was quick to respond. The mountain road up to the facility was slippery (I ended up in the ditch) so be careful. Skiing was great and the condo location offered a lovely view of the mountains.

Good price, beautiful views from the living room and dining area, and great location in the heart of the North Carolina "high country". The condo was clean, the landlord and Hope the property manager very cooperative to accommodate us. This is a great place to stay.
The Sofa Bed was bad.

We liked the unit except for the sofa bed. The manager took note of it and moved us to another unit. The owner of the Unit 503 had changed the springs, but not the mattress. We understand that it will be changed out. My wife was very uncomfortable sleeping on the sofa bed. Everything else was great.
