Great Location

Perfect location, as you can walk right to the slopes. Loved the wood fireplace, although we did have to make a call to maintenance as it had not been cleaned from the last guest. No biggie.
The unit itself is quite small, so a family of four fits fine as long as the kids are around 12 and under.
The bedroom was stuffy and got hot, even with the baseboard heaters off and the thermostat turned down. There is a window in there, but it opens into a common corridor where guests of other units walk by, so keeping it open wasn't an option. Aldso, the TV in the bedroom was supposed to have an Amazon Fire Stick attached to it to have something to watch, but the stick was not there so the TV was useless.
Overall, the unit was fine and we would probably book again for the location alone.

Rental was clean, temperature wasn’t an issue there were plenty of heaters. View was good if you like tennis courts! You can’t see the slopes but they are a very short walk away. Pool and hot tub facilities are great for kids!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay.I would like to have a sheet pan without holes to cook on and a couple more towels and wash clothes. It did warn to bring extra, but in packing I forgot. Overall, we had a great time and having a fireplace was great.

Great. Only 2 complaints. The heater fan in the bathroom needs to be replaced and the tv in the bedroom doesn't work. No biggie about the tv we were to busy with other stuff to watch.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I revived. I planed a last minute trip and forgot somethings needed but hope stepped in and saved the day. It started with a great price and didn't end until we left. During our stay Hope stepped in and made sure we had everything we needed. I don't know what she gets paid but she needs a RAISE. Hard to find the type of service she provides. 5 star employee !!!
Call Hope if you wanted to be treated like a king.

We have stayed here for 5 years now and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The office staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. We have stayed in several different units and have not found one that we were dissatisfied with.

Nice long weekend ski retreat

Nice location on top of Sugar Mountain. You can ski down Oma's Meadow (Blue run) to buy a lift ticket. Unit was clean and well maintained. Had a problem with kitchen sink leaking but maintenance fixed it quickly. Only 1 TV in unit but it worked fine. My kids age 11y and 8y loved the bunk beds. Pool was a short walk outside but the water and air were warm and hot tub was nice. Road down the mountain was a bit difficult after a snow storm and we decided not to risk it one night as we have a van and no snow chains or 4 wheel drive and it was probably a good decision. Nice restaurants in the area and the resorts staff were very nice and helpful. Will come again.

Room 114

The room was in need of major upkeep . We asked for towels when we went to the pool and was told no. The couch had holes in it , the bathroom was nasty, the toilet leaked , there was a crack in the wall above the kitchen. We heard that this was a really nice place , and in great location for the ski slopes and that it was well worth the money . But it wasn't what we thought it would be and way over priced for the conditions that the rooms were in , it wasn't a 250 dollar room , it may have been worth maybe only 80.00 dollars.

Nice condo

Enjoyed meeting family in Banner Elk Easter weekend. Condo was great for us and 2 kids, except kids fought over top bunk. I liked that condo had rails for bunk beds as top one was pretty high. Vietnamese and Italian places in Banner Elk were both great. Gem mining was also lots of fun for kids.
