Great location

This condo is in a great location. It is situated right at the top of the lift as well as easy access to the resort amenities like the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and fitness center. The condo itself needs some updating. There is a lot of unnecessary furniture and tchotchkes that give it a cluttered, dated, and dusty feel. The sofa bed in the living room is not suitable for sleeping on as it is just coils. We had to use an air mattress. There are also no curtains in the living rooms so as it is now, it's not really a good additional sleeping space. We did enjoy our stay but wouldn't have been as comfortable for our daughter if we hadn't brought the air mattress. The kitchen has most of the items you would need to cook meals which worked out well because there was a blizzard and we didn't want to have to go out to eat. Overall it was a good experience. Just some updates would make it a great experience!

A great location. Would like to have a lift for non-skiers to enjoy the mountain as well. Would have liked the fireplace on at Lodge and also able to use in the condo.

The location is fantastic. Extremely close to the slopes. It was nice having a kitchen area was nice to have. For the most part everything was clean, However it could use a good deep cleaning. There was some mold in the tub and pretty dusty around the vents. We had a great view of the sunrise each morning that was breathtaking. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, however from the location it is a bit of a walk, that would be fine in normal weather, but difficult for us in the snow. Overall it was decent and if we come back would stay again.

The staff- Hope and Janice were wonderful and so helpful. The condo was incredibly clean and the bed was very comfy. The view was the best part of our stay. You can see down the whole mountain from the balcony. The living room and dining room directly faces the views of the mountain. Thank you so much for everything! Perfect kitchen with utensils and everything you need. Also plenty of clean towels. Bathrooms came with electrical heating fans! Condo heats up fast! Condo exceeded expectations and pictures.

Building 2 Sugar Ski

Perfect unit for our needs (adult & teenager). Would have been tight for more than a couple and a child, but was great for our needs. Unit was in good shape, very convenient access to the slopes, on our short list to do again next year. Weather could've been better...but rental was a slam dunk. During covid so no interaction with staff, but check in/out process was easy.
Nice place to stay

We enjoyed staying at our rental. We arrived late and it was hard finding the check-in gazebo in the dark. Our condo was hard to find as well. They are on the older side but still well maintained. Overall we had a really nice stay. I would recommend.

Nice clean condo with a great view of the mountains. Comfortable seating and bed. Kitchen is quite functional, but some appliances are dated. Very short walk to ski the Oma’s Meadow trail. Very enjoyable stay.

This condo was amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get snow as we were there in late December. Had there been snow this location is amazing! The new clubhouse was also nice. I highly recommend this unit!

Overall the amenities were awesome! From friendly check-in, the new Clubhouse was great! We enjoyed that after days on the slopes! The condo was great overall. The only downside was the sleeper sofa was not a full size sofa and the mattress was nothing but coils. My kids ended up sleeping on the floor for three nights. Next time I’ll be sure to put blow up mattress’s on the packing list.

We loved the location, but will not be renting this unit again as we prefer to have the second bedroom available for storing our belongings. Home decor is very outdated. Kitchen ware was very adequate for preparing meals.

Hello, I need to talk to someone in management about this trip and experience. I made the reservation on Jan 1st and then later cancelled on Jan 4th because of medical conditions. I purchased travel insurance and they are taking no action. I want to talk with someone about this refund action. Thank you. Peter Greany (813) 957 - 1427 or.
Manager Responded on 12/4/2014
Note that a full refund was made when the guest realized we had not received any word of his cancellation. He never even stayed at our property and if you call his number he published, he will tell you his was 100% satisfied in the end! Hope Harvey, Property Manager

Excellent getaway with great accommodations. Although austere with the absence of eating/drinking availability, except for one true ripoff snack barand a very busy but meager drinking establishment, there are no such conveniences here. No Starbucks. This place is truly remote. Wonderful and helpful staff, but extremely poor development and organization of people planning and business recruitment. Even though located in the south making this business extremely seasonal, there are still expansion plans to be made, including more efficient ski lift systems that would encourage patrons to return. There is lots of room for growth and business recruitment.

Great place with in great location. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and well kept vs the unit we stayed in previously. Only downside is you can't buy lift tickets in advance so you have to go down the mountain the morning of or the night before.
NCarolina Snowfest

As we arrived there was abundance of snow already as the storm had just come through the area, but our drive in was good. No debris and we were able to get up the mountain with our truck. The condo was clean and warm. During our stay we had an a Sundance of snow and it was a fantastic ski week. The pool, hot tub and dry sauna were perfect after a full day of skiing.
Great unit!

This is a great unit, lots of space, storage for skis and equipment outside of room, nice TV. Although Oma's was closed while we were here (which would have been PERFECT access) it was still very easy to access Sugar Slalom which was open. Highly recommend!

The "One bedroom, two bath" was a lovely condo with a great view of the mountain. We had minimal stairs to go up and the ideal walk of 20 feet to the mountain from our front door. Very nice and quaint condo for two people.
